I’m an Environmental Researcher turned Sustainability Data Scientist. I earned my PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA. After which I was actively involved in research at Clemson University, Clemson, SC and U.S.EPA, Office of Research and Development, Cincinnati, OH. Having worked on data-driven sustainability projects using the statistical analysis and simulation models, I took a step to further update my skills via the Data Science Diploma at BrainStation. And here I’m today with a whole new perspective of how Big Data and the Data Analytical Tools could make a positive impact on the global socio-economic and environmental development by helping policy-makers and product owners make informed decisions.
